Annie’s background is in Product Design, working in User Research for consumer medical devices over the last 4 years. Her approach is rooted in a fundamental belief: excellent design is built on a foundation of advocating for the user and refined through constant testing against real-world needs.
As a mission-driven researcher, Annie is particularly passionate about developing products and solutions that provide dignity for vulnerable groups. Drawing research techniques from Human Factors principles, Annie conducts research with an emphasis on usability, product safety, and repeatability. Her expertise in connected devices allows her to navigate the complex intersection of digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring a seamless user journey across hardware and software.

Hannah enjoys getting outdoors—an ocean lover and qualified open water diver always ready for a challenge! She recently completed her first sprint triathlon. As adventurous as she is, she gets her best ideas when she is well rested and relaxed.
